It all started with a simple idea. The idea was to bring into existence a cheesecake parlor similar to an ice cream parlor. I wanted to have a space where you could pick toppings, flavors, and custom make your own cheesecake experience.

 

 

Cheesecake is one of my personal favorite desserts, and I know the same goes for a lot of people as well. Better Than Cake is an opportunity to have a unique blend of childhood ice cream truck dreams crossed with cheesecake delicacy.
